The large floor-to-ceiling windows in my room provided fine views of the surrounding area, filling the space with natural light that created a warm ambiance.
Access to the hotel after midnight could be improved, as it was unclear how to get through the entry system without assistance, leading to some frustrating moments.

great stay with a few minor issues
The staff were really good, offering assistance whenever needed. I enjoyed the well-designed room with a lovely city view from the large window. The comfortable mattress ensured that I had a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette had all the essentials.
Access to the hotel could use improvement, particularly during late hours when entry systems were unclear.

The modern design and aesthetics of the rooms were appealing, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light. I appreciated the comfortable gym facilities, giving me a good spot to stay in shape while away from the ship.
There were significant cleanliness issues, like lingering odors and hair left in the shower drain from previous guests. The shower drainage was slow, causing some water pooling on the floor, which wasn't the best welcome. During busy times, breakfast variety was disappointing, as I noticed a lack of options to cater to different tastes. The twin beds pushed together created an awkward gap. The hotel's structure lacks sufficient soundproofing, resulting in noise disturbances from the ventilation systems and nearby rooms that can be bothersome.

The view from my a twin room was great. The breakfast was excellent and there were variety of options. Its location relatively close to Openluchttheater was perfect. The service was absolutely perfect. The staff was attentive and gave me recommendations.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were inexperienced.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, but the room felt cramped and lacked adequate space for comfort.

I woke up to a non-running tap water, inexcusable for such a pricey hotel. The bathroom situation was bizarre-no door, and a wet floor! I expected at least a complimentary bottle or room upgrade after these inconveniences but got nothing, just a regular stay. Don't even get me started on the location.

The high floor room had an epic view and the design is on point! Comfy bed with loads of plugs for charging all the gadgets. The brekkie was lekker, really sets you up for the day with good options!
Shower was a bit dodgy. Had drainage issues which was a bummer after a long day.

One annoying thing was that the shower had a drainage issue, a bit uncomfortable after long days out.

Staying with my friends was dope! We rented bikes and explored nearby spots like the campus and local parks. The spacious room offered fantastic views and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.
One issue was the noise from the ventilation system. It wasn't too distracting, but it could be something to consider for light sleepers.
